How did you get your start in writing?
My husband was working away from home a lot about fifteen years ago, so when I put the kids to bed I decided to put pen to paper writing the stories I had in my head.
who are your biggest influences
My family and my faith.
What is your biggest inspiration when creating?
The men and women who put their lives on the line for our freedom. I hope the series honors them.
Could you give us the details of your current project?
The fourth book cliff hangs into the fifth book. The action begins in Africa as the fate of the characters unfold.
What is the next goal you would like to achieve with your writing?
I have a lot more in store for the Celia Kelly Series and I have also just begun my Jack Sleuth Series for youth. I would also like to see my Celia Kelly Series in some form of media someday.

I can’t say I actually see that happening.

I write about the Navy and the Navy SEALs and I don’t swim.
