What material do you cover at Paper Dragon Ink:
Where else on the web can we find you :
My blog, Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice at http://atthehallofjustice.blogspot.com/, and facebook, http://www.facebook.com/andrew.dowdell.3.
What is your first “geek” memory
I recall waking my father up on Saturday mornings so he could turn on the TV because I needed to watch Super Friends. I had my priorities, you see…
What other creative projects are you working on?
Besides trying to churn out reviews and blog postings, I’ve been submitting pitch ideas here and there and have several ideas for comics stories and series in mind.
What would your dream job or project be?
Writing comics. Can ya tell?
What famous person would you most like to meet?
George Clooney. Because I think it would be really cool to hang out with George Clooney for a day. Don’t lie, you want to do it too…
Favorite comic book
Currently digging Scott Snyder’s Batman. Favorite series ever would probably be Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis’ Justice League International. I know, I’m dating myself here…
I’ve decided that whatever I write here will be wrong five minutes later. Send me a message and I’ll let you know what my favorite movie at that point in time is…
Another toss up. Somewhere between The Sound and the Fury, A Clockwork Orange, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay.
When the zombies take over the world where will you be?
Eating some Buffalo Wings. If the world’s going down the toilet, at least I should be enjoying it…
Jedi, Ninja, vampire, were-wolf, pirate, fairy or Spartan?
A Vampire-Jedi with bad-ass fairy powers leading a pirate crew of lycanthrope Spartan warriors would be pretty freaking bad-ass, don’t you think?
What one piece of art, be it music, book, film or picture, do you think people must experience before they die?
Reading Grant Morrison’s The Invisibles. If it doesn’t put things into perspective for you, at least it blows your mind.
Give one fact that most people would not believe about you?
That I actually put one iota of thought into answering questions like this…
