How did you get your start in music? Seth, Jarrod and Brian were in a high school band and I (patrick) was in a high school band. Their drummer got into drugs and my bassist decided he'd rather build a house with his dad. So since I was friends with Seth, Jarrod and Brian I decided to jam with them. It kept getting more serious and more serious and before you knew it Ahimsa Sunrise was born.

who are your biggest musical influences? Circa Survive, Lamb of God, Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada, A skylit drive, glassjaw

What is your biggest inspiration when creating music?
Life expierences.

Could you give us the details of your current project.

We have 5 new tracks recorded and mastered and are writing more for a full length LP. Hopefully to be released in late 2009 or early 2010.

What is the next goal you would like to achieve with your music?

Obtain management and a label. Taste of Chaos or Warped Tour (full tour or east coast)

final four

When the zombies take over the world where will you be?
The local grocery store. Plenty of food and only a few entrances to block.

Jedi, Ninja, vampire, were-wolf, pirate, fairy or Spartan? Lycan

What one piece of art, be it music, book, film or picture, do you think people must experience before they die?

Well I'm sure you know we would say music because we are a band but all forms of art are very important.

Give one fact that most people would not believe about you?

We play rock, paper, scissors to solve almost everything.
