Interview questions

How did you get your start in music?
Started in garage bands with friends here and there, nothing worth a mention, but I gained lots of experience from it.

who are your biggest musical influences
Opeth, Gojira, Mehuggah, Lamb of God, Mencea, Pantera just to name a few.

What is your biggest inspiration when creating music?
I create lyrics mostly, so I would say. Old Icelandic ghost storys as well as norse mythology. Human conflicts, nightmares, fear, good/evil and everything in between.

Could you give us the details of your current project.

Our current project is our first EP called "Walk into your Nightmare". The title is taken from our song Mara's Dream, wich is the root of our metal path. The theme of it is looking into and trying to understand people's fears, in form of nightmares. Mara is a creature from old nordic folklore, who was said to have intruded peoples dreams, by sitting on their chest, coverting dreams into nightmares.
We're hoping to release the EP in November'09.

What is the next goal you would like to achieve with your music?

The goal, obviously is to reach as many people as possible, in our own opinion, we got full potential to be amongst the top metal bands.

final four

When the zombies take over the world where will you be?

On stage hopefully, zombies are welcome too.

Jedi, Ninja, vampire, were-wolf, pirate, fairy or Spartan?

I don't know, pirate?

What one piece of art, be it music, book, film or picture, do you think people must experience before they die?

Opeth's music and lyrics.

Give one fact that most people would not believe about you?
I'm an airport security officer.
