Help Wanted a brief notice about positions we post here at the moment none of them are paid employment. We can provide other incentives, a chance to get your material published, advertising for your independent projects in Pandora's Gate and on the website proper, and the opportunity to work with other creative people. Also you can get entry to conventions for free and the possibility of free materials in exchange for reviews. The real reason I am posting most of these in the hope of finding people who want to grow with us or just have some names for when we get big enough to pay the right people the right salary.
I want to be up straight with all the artists out there. Paper Dragon Ink has had a long and rocky road with trying to find an art coordinator. I have missed some great opportunities to connect with people because some months I am doing everything on the site and there have been occasions where we have made elaborate plans and money has even been exchanged and the artist has dropped off the face of the earth. What we are really looking for is someone to handle the artist for hire section in Pandora's gate, provide cover art work each month and either work on or coordinate talent for projects such as web comics or print publications. We can offer experience and exposure and a percentage of the ad revenue but at this point this is a do because you love it position. This is a chance to part of a great creative enterprise that promises to challenge you while also offering you support to get any of your original creations off the drawing board and to reality. send an email to artist@paperdragonink.com Communications director Paper Dragon Ink has come far in five years but to get to the next level we need to achieve several goals. One of which is to increase exposure among our reader base and with our publisher partners who we interview and whose material we review. Responsibilities would include using social media to promote paper dragon ink, Pandora’s gate and other future projects as well as to insure that we maintain an open and responsive lines of communication with the public relations and marketing professionals that allow us to do reviews and interviews. In regards to compensation we can offer a percentage of ad revenue, mutual promotion of any personal creative projects and first pick of any event coverage or review material. send an email to helpwanted@paperdragonink.com Reviewers / event Coverage Paper Dragon Ink is seeking writers to do music, game and book reviews. We are experiencing growing pains and our staff can not review all the material that we are being offered so we are seeking contributors to do reviews of bands, novels, comic books, games and cover events. We offer free copies of materials and free entrance to conventions or concerts.
